Every number represents a man who chose to face himself. The work is real. The impact is real. And we’re only getting started.

Kalum Rolley is the founder and lead facilitator of Man Beyond The Mask, an immersive experience designed to help men reconnect with their authentic leadership. Through steady presence and practical skill development, he creates a secure and confidential space where men can bring the full truth of what they are navigating in life. Kalum guides men to recognise the masks they have built to survive, understand the patterns shaping their behaviour, and reconnect to the strength, clarity, and wisdom already within them. His work is grounded, structured, and deeply supportive, focused on helping men stand firmly in their power rather than perform for approval.

Dan Rolley began his journey in men’s work over 25 years ago and brings seasoned presence to Man Beyond The Mask. Known for his grounded authority and steady support, Dan helps hold the structure of the space so men can go deeper into their experience with confidence. He has a deep respect for honest self-examination and understands the courage it takes for men to confront the masks they’ve worn for years. Dan’s role is to hold the edges of the frame, ensuring the work remains safe, contained, and powerful, while supporting men to reconnect with their strength and integrity.

Scott Loffler is the Operations Lead for Man Beyond The Mask, bringing years of experience in men’s work and immersive environments. He plays a critical role in holding the structure and flow of the experience, ensuring the space remains steady, organised, and supportive from beginning to end. Scott has a genuine passion for being in the room with men as they step into deeper self-awareness and growth. His presence is calm, reliable, and grounded, allowing participants to focus fully on the work while knowing the container is strong and well held.

Sean Wright works with men at the intersection of embodiment, emotional health, and masculine development. With a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, somatic counselling, and years supporting men in high-intensity mental health and addiction settings, his work centres on initiation, guiding men from survival and adaptation into grounded self-leadership. Rather than focusing on surface confidence, Sean supports men to build a deeper relationship with their bodies and emotions, meeting stress, anger, grief, and responsibility without suppression or overwhelm. He creates honest, steady spaces where men reconnect with clarity, direction, and inner authority.

Mac Semple is a dedicated steward of men’s work, walking the path of growth, accountability, and brotherhood. Through leadership trainings, initiatory experiences, and ongoing inner work, he has forged himself through challenge and chosen to live in integrity. Men respect Mac for his ability to meet them with both clarity and compassion, seeing beyond defences to the man beneath. His facilitation is grounded and intentional, steady enough to create safety, strong enough to challenge. Devoted to initiation, Mac guides men toward accountable manhood rooted in honour, responsibility, and lived integrity.

Aaron Griffin has spent over 13 years forged in Krump culture, a living system of etiquette, hierarchy, discipline, and raw expression, with more than a decade of teaching experience rooted in movement as initiation. Embody the Warrior is a return to the body as ritual, a ceremonial space where men meet pressure, move emotion, and transform struggle into grounded strength. Through rhythm, breath, and controlled intensity, resistance becomes clarity and presence becomes power. Here, strength is not aggression but containment, fire is not chaos but directed force, and the warrior is not a mask, but a man capable of fully holding himself.

You’ll be guided through a series of powerful initiations, grounded processes, physical and emotional challenges, deep reflection, and brotherhood-based work. We don’t reveal every detail intentionally, because the unknown is part of the experience, but everything is facilitated safely and with clear intention.
No. This is men’s work, practical, grounded, and based on self-leadership, honesty, responsibility and brotherhood. Some processes can feel deeply meaningful but there’s no religion, dogma or therapy model.
No. Many men who attend are stepping into this for the first time. Others have been doing the work for years. Everyone is welcome, and you’ll be met where you are.
You’ll never be forced.
You’ll always be invited, and most men choose to share because the space feels safe, solid and real. You set your own pace.
There may be light physical elements, but you don’t need to be an athlete. Everything is scalable and supported. If you have injuries or limitations, let us know, you’ll be looked after.
Fathers. Tradies. Business owners. Young men. Older men. Husbands. Single men.
The common thread? Men who are done drifting and are ready to take ownership of their lives.
This is a camp-style environment. You’ll bring a swag or tent and set up in a shared area. Cars are parked separately, so pack with that in mind.
All meals are supplied and prepared by our kitchen crew, high-quality, real, locally-sourced organic food & filtered water. You’ll be well fed.
No. This weekend is clean, grounded and intentional. You’ll be asked to arrive clear and remain substance-free for the entire experience.
Yes, most men arrive solo. You won’t be alone for long. Brotherhood forms fast.
Yes. What’s shared in the space stays in the space. Respect and integrity are non-negotiable.
You’ll receive a full pack list, including swag/tent, sleeping bag, pillow, clothes, shoes, water bottle, toiletries, yoga mat, personal meds/supplements, and breathwork comforts.
We’ll help connect you with another man attending. Brotherhood starts before we arrive.
Because growth often happens in the unknown. You’ll always be safe, supported and briefed when needed — but we don’t dilute the experience with spoilers.
You’ll receive ongoing support options and integration pathways, because the work doesn’t end when we leave.
